Brazil Floods Claim 83 Lives, Dozens Missing: State of Emergency

Brazil Floods : In the southern kingdom of Rio Grande do Sul, the detrimental floods have claimed at the least eighty three lives, according to the state’s civil protection unit.

Rio Grande do Sul has been increasingly more stricken by severe climate events in recent years, with at the least 54 deaths in the nation in September because of a subtropical cyclone.
