Blackpink of YG Entertainment have won their inaugural Billboard Music Award with BORN PINK’s touring event that broke records, surpassing BTS Suga D Day and Twice global tour to set new standards in their careers and establish themselves as leaders of Kpop culture. Furthermore, BLACKPINK are notable as being only group since Destiny’s Child to ever achieve such recognition from Billboard Magazine’s voting public.

BTS member Jimin is being recognized in four main categories as one of the leading K-pop artists today – making him the only solo musician nominated as Top Billboard Global Artist, Top Seller Song with “Like Crazy,” Top International K-pop Artist and finally, top K-pop album artist. These nominations represent Jimin’s first as an individual musician within this highly competitive field of song streaming!
